1. Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
2. Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing it over to the courier partner.
3. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
4. Then, your item is shipped to your location.
5. In case your address falls to a location that is not served by our delivery partners, THE HVE CLOSET team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to ship the products within 7-10 working days. Since some of our products are made-to-order, in a few cases there are some days’ delay due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, we diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
Please note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you at the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from THE HVE CLOSET with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long it will take to get delivered.

Yes, we provide cash on delivery.

We go the extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, THE HVE CLOSET has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.

  • Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

In case your product has already shipped, and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address which will charge you INR 100.
